Returns & Exchanges

At Joyride Harness, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in new, clean condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the harness is free of dog hair and debris, then place it back in its original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
